The <strong data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"470\">Ho Chi Minh City \u2013 Trung Luong section<\/strong> will be expanded from <strong data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"509\">4 to 8 lanes<\/strong>, with a <strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"546\">design speed of 120 km\/h<\/strong>.
