The project is implemented under a <strong data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"305\">Public\u2013Private Partnership (PPP)<\/strong> model with a <strong data-start=\"319\" data-end=\"342\">Build\u2013Transfer (BT)<\/strong> contract, with <strong data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"377\">Masterise Group<\/strong> as the investor and a total investment of approximately <strong data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"474\">VND 23,200 billion (USD 860 million)<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"1018\">The project has a total length of about <strong data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"527\">6.3 km<\/strong>, featuring <strong data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"550\">8 lanes<\/strong> with a <strong data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"585\">design speed of 80 km\/h<\/strong>. Its structure includes the <strong data-start=\"614\" data-end=\"661\">main bridge and approach roads on both ends<\/strong>, with sections of <strong data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"711\">two-level elevated roadways<\/strong> to increase traffic capacity and minimize land clearance in urban areas.
