Passenger Port Project<\/strong> (also known as <strong data-start=\"192\" data-end=\"225\">Cam Ranh International Marina<\/strong>) was officially approved for investment policy by the People\u2019s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, with <strong data-start=\"327\" data-end=\"342\">KN Holdings<\/strong> as the primary investor.<\/p><p data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"485\">The project covers an area of approximately <strong data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"431\">148 hectares<\/strong>, including both land and sea surface, and features:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"626\"><strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"503\">Main wharf:<\/strong> 420 meters in length, directly connected to a <strong data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"582\">22,000 m\u00b2 passenger terminal<\/strong> designed in a modern architectural style.<\/li><li data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"800\"><strong data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"671\">Maritime channel and signaling system:<\/strong> comprehensively invested to meet international standards, ensuring safe and efficient operations under all weather conditions.<\/li><\/ul><p>At present, no official information has been released regarding the construction
