The subdivision is planned on a land area of approximately <strong>36 hectares<\/strong>, with a construction density of <strong>25\u201330%<\/strong> and a total investment capital of <strong>VND 132 trillion (USD 5 billion)<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Subdivision S1 is expected to deliver around <strong>900 units<\/strong>, including:<\/p><ul><li><strong>56 detached villas<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>144 semi-detached villas<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>168 shophouses<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>The project is executed by H\u00f2a B\u00ecnh Construction Group as the general contractor.<\/p><p>Subdivision S1 was officially launched on <strong>September 6, 2025<\/strong> and is scheduled for completion by the <strong>end of 2027<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The <strong>Gold Coast V\u0169ng T\u00e0u<\/strong> development is a large-scale coastal urban resort covering over <strong>1,000 hectares<\/strong>, with a construction density of <strong>30%<\/strong>, prioritizing green spaces.
