The project is located within <strong data-start=\"299\" data-end=\"324\">PG An Dong Urban Area<\/strong>, An Hai Ward, An Duong District, Hai Phong City.<\/p><p data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"784\">The development spans a land area of <strong data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"430\">1.5 hectares<\/strong>, with a <strong data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"470\">construction density of 35%<\/strong>, comprising <strong data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"524\">three residential towers of 18 floors<\/strong> each, offering a total of <strong data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"569\">887 apartments<\/strong> in diverse layouts. The project incorporates a wide range of internal amenities and is designed to align with green and sustainable living standards.
