It will provide <strong data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"599\">2,905 apartments and 76 shophouses<\/strong>, with a total gross floor area of nearly <strong data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"655\">300,000 m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"865\">Boasting a prime riverside location, the development offers a wide range of premium on-site amenities.
