The projects include <strong>Dam Mon New Urban Area<\/strong> and <strong>Tu Bong New Urban Area<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Both projects have received in-principle investment approval from the Prime Minister and are currently in the preparation stage:<\/p><ol><li><strong> Dam Mon New Urban Area Project<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Dai Lanh Commune, Van Ninh District, Khanh Hoa Province.<\/li><li><strong>Scale:<\/strong> More than 1,440 hectares, including approximately 82 hectares of reclaimed land.<\/li><li><strong>Total Investment Capital:<\/strong> Estimated at over VND 25,645 billion.<\/li><li><strong>Components:<\/strong><ul><li>791 terraced houses<\/li><li>592 villas<\/li><li>858 condominium apartments<\/li><li>352 social housing units<\/li><li>Along with other supporting facilities.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Tu Bong Premium New Urban Area Project<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Van Thang, Tu Bong, and Dai Lanh Communes, Van Ninh District, Khanh Hoa Province.<\/li><li><strong>Scale:<\/strong> Over 2,579 hectares, of which 621.8 hectares are reclaimed land.<\/li><li><strong>Total Investment Capital:<\/strong> Over VND 43,000 billion.<\/li><li><strong>Components:<\/strong><ul><li>609 villas<\/li><li>3,812 condominium apartments<\/li><li>1,130 social housing units<\/li><li>Along with other
