The project is expected to become the <strong data-start=\"366\" data-end=\"403\">tallest building in the port city<\/strong>, surpassing existing structures, with a total estimated investment of <strong data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"495\">VND 7,500 billion<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"801\">The development covers a land area of <strong data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"551\">32,500 m\u00b2<\/strong> and aims to deliver a mixed-use complex comprising offices, premium apartments, a shopping mall, hotel, entertainment facilities, and high-end amenities.
