It connects <strong data-start=\"198\" data-end=\"222\">B\u1eafc T\u1eeb Li\u00eam District<\/strong> with <strong data-start=\"228\" data-end=\"249\">\u0110\u00f4ng Anh District<\/strong> and is developed by the <strong data-start=\"274\" data-end=\"346\">Hanoi Project Management Board for Transport Construction Investment<\/strong> with a total investment of <strong data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"395\">VND <\/strong><strong>8,300 billion<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"795\">The project has a total length of <strong data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"452\">5.2 kilometers<\/strong>, including a <strong data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"491\">780-meter main bridge<\/strong>. The bridge deck will be <strong data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"535\">33 meters wide<\/strong>, accommodating <strong data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"562\">8 lanes<\/strong> (6 for motor vehicles and 2 mixed-use lanes).
