The project is developed by the <strong data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"377\">Hanoi Project Management Board for Transport Construction Investment<\/strong>, with a total investment of <strong data-start=\"406\" data-end=\"427\">VND 7,500 billion<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"918\">The bridge has a total length of approximately <strong data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"497\">5.6 kilometers<\/strong>, including an <strong data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"535\">870-meter main span<\/strong>. The bridge deck is <strong data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"574\">43 meters wide<\/strong>, accommodating <strong data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"622\">six lanes for motor vehicles<\/strong>, along with <strong data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"683\">dedicated bicycle lanes and pedestrian paths<\/strong>. It is designed for a <strong data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"734\">maximum speed of 80 km\/h<\/strong>.
