The Bao Ninh 2 Social Housing Project, developed by Nam Mekong Group JSC, officially broke ground on August 19, 2025 in Bao Ninh Ward, Dong Hoi City. The project is located on a land plot of approximately 1.8 hectares, comprising three residential blocks (T1, T2, T3), each rising 9 floors, and will deliver around 568 apartments with a total floor area of 53,301 sqm.

With the goal of providing housing opportunities for low-income residents, workers, civil servants, and armed forces personnel, the project contributes to the implementation of Vietnam’s 2021–2030 social housing policy. It also highlights Nam Mekong’s pioneering role in community-focused real estate development.

The project is scheduled for completion with Block T1 by Q3 2026, and Blocks T2 & T3 by Q4 2026.
