The Bao Ninh 2 Social Housing ProjectDự án nhà ở cho lực lượng Công an nhân dân tọa lạc tại ô đất quy hoạch ký hiệu 3-2 và 3-4, phân khu đô thị N9, xã Đông Anh, TP Hà Nội do Công ty Cổ phần Thái Nam Land làm Chủ đầu tư, với tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 7.000 tỷ đồng (~280 triệu USD). Nam Mekong Group JSC, officially broke ground on August 19, 2025 in Bao Ninh Ward, Dong Hoi City. The project is located on a land plot of approximately 1.8 hectares, comprising three residential blocks (T1, T2, T3), each rising 9 floors, and will deliver around 568 apartments with a total floor area of 53,301 sqm.

With the goal of providing housing opportunities for low-income residents, workers, civil servants, and armed forces personnel, the project contributes to the implementation of Vietnam’s 2021–2030 social housing policy. It also highlights Nam Mekong’s pioneering role in community-focused real estate development.

The project is scheduled for completion with Block T1 by Q3 2026, and Blocks T2 & T3 by Q4 2026.
