Recently, Thuỳ Dương Investment Joint Stock Company (TD Group) received approval to develop two modern office tower projects in the heart of Cầu Giấy District, Hanoi.

• Maslight Tower: Located at the intersection of Nguyễn Chánh and Mạc Thái Tông streets, Trung Hòa Ward, the project is developed on a land plot of 5,661 m². It comprises 29 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, with a total floor area of approximately 80,000 m² of office space and 21,880 m² of basement area. Maslight Tower belongs to the Grade A office segment, and is expected to become an ideal destination for major corporations, international financial institutions, and high-tech enterprises.

• Maslight Hi-Tech Park: Situated on Nguyễn Quốc Trị Street, just 200 meters from Maslight Tower, this project features 15 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, offering a total floor area of more than 42,000 m² of commercial space and 22,000 m² of basement area. Maslight Hi-Tech Park is designed as a Grade B+ office complex, combined with a system of commercial and service shophouses.

Both projects are set to be developed in parallel and are scheduled for completion in Q3 2027, contributing significantly to the supply of premium office space in Hanoi in the coming years.
