This phase focuses on adjusting and expanding project components to elevate the development into a world-class eco-tourism and urban complex, in line with the Master Plan of Da Nang City for the period 2021–2030, with a vision to 2050.

Bà Nà Mountain Peak Area (169 ha)

Construction in the mountain peak area will focus on developing high-end resort and entertainment facilities, leveraging the highland climate (1,400–1,500 m above sea level) and unique natural landscapes. Planned components include:

• Luxury villas and resort area (approx. 10 ha)
• Entertainment facilities
• Restaurants and central square
• Gardens and landscaped areas
• Cable car system and stations
• Sports and recreational facilities

Suối Mơ Foot of the Mountain Area (636 ha)

The foothill area will focus on urban development, services, and housing, creating a multi-functional complex that meets both residential and workplace needs. Planned components include:

• Residential area (43.38 ha)
• Commercial and service facilities
• Hotels and accommodations
• Parks and recreational amenities

Implementation Timeline (2025–2035)

• 2025–2027: Complete technical infrastructure (roads, electricity, water, new cable car line), commence construction of commercial and residential components.
• 2027–2030: Build and put into operation hotel areas, theme parks, and SunFarm agricultural facilities.
• 2030–2035: Complete remaining components (villas, townhouses, resort areas), upgrade amenities, and bring the entire complex into full operation.
