The Capital Square Da Nang project is a modern complex of high-end residences and commercial spaces, strategically located on the banks of the Han River in An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City. The Capital Square Da Nang project is currently under construction with foundation and basement works underway, and handover is expected in 2028.
