The Casa Flora 2 project is located within the VSIP Nghe An Urban Area (Hung Chinh Commune, Hung Nguyen District), at the western gateway of Vinh City. It spans an area of approximately 22 hectares (part of the overall 370-hectare VSIP Nghe An development) and is invested by Viet Nhan Nghe An Company — a joint venture of VSIP and Sembcorp.

Casa Flora 2 is designed as a green urban township, inspired by Singapore, emphasizing green spaces and a living environment in harmony with nature. The project has received preliminary EDGE certification.

The project officially broke ground on August 19, 2025 and is currently progressing with infrastructure construction.
