The CC1 – LA Home Apartment Project, located in Luong Hoa Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, is an important component of the LA Home Urban Area. The project is invested by Prodezi Long An Joint Stock Company and developed by Huong Viet Investment Consulting JSC.

The development is built on a land area of 7,103 m², comprising two 8-story towers, with a total construction floor area of approximately 32,390 m², offering 400 social housing apartments. The total investment capital is around VND 370 billion.

The CC1 – LA Home project plays a vital role in Long An’s social housing development strategy—providing safe and affordable living for middle-income residents while contributing to the province’s sustainable green urban planning.

Construction commenced in September 2025, with handover expected in Q4/2026.
