The Elysia Complex City – Phase 2 project is located within the Tuyen Son Sports Village along the Thang Long – Nguyen Binh – Vu Trong Phung – Bui Vien axis, Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang City, and is developed by Landcom Investment Joint Stock Company.

Phase 2 of Elysia Complex City is developed on a land area of approximately 7,000 square meters, comprising two high-rise residential towers with a total gross floor area of about 61,508 square meters, providing 580 apartments. The project has completed site clearance and is scheduled to commence construction in early Q4 2025.

The overall Elysia Complex City project covers a total land area of 59,896 square meters, including:

• The low-rise area (Phase 1): 36,519 square meters, consisting of 156 townhouses and 63 villas, which have already been completed.
• Infrastructure and amenities: 16,370 square meters.
• Total investment capital: approximately VND 1,000 billion.

The project aims to develop a modern urban complex that integrates residential, commercial, and service functions, contributing to the enhancement of the southern Da Nang urban landscape and providing high-quality living spaces for residents.
