The DMT Group Hotel Project is located on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang CityDự án nhà ở cho lực lượng Công an nhân dân tọa lạc tại ô đất quy hoạch ký hiệu 3-2 và 3-4, phân khu đô thị N9, xã Đông Anh, TP Hà Nội do Công ty Cổ phần Thái Nam Land làm Chủ đầu tư, với tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 7.000 tỷ đồng (~280 triệu USD). Da Nang Mien Trung Investment Joint Stock Company (DMT Group) as the investor.

The project features 19 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, comprising 114 hotel rooms and 58 condotel units, with a total gross floor area of 13,902 square meters.

Construction is scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2027.
