The Greenera Southmark project is located at 486 Ngoc Hoi Street, Van Dien Town, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi. It is invested by Tổng Bách Hóa Joint Stock Company and developed by Tan Hoang Minh Group.

The project is built on a land area of 24,282 square meters with a construction density of 33.1%. It comprises three high-rise residential towers (commercially branded as IVY, LAVISH, and SEREN) ranging from 25 to 30 above-ground floors and three basement levels, offering a total of 830 apartments.

Marketed as meeting the EDGE Level 1 certification by IFC, the development emphasizes green living, with a focus on energy efficiency, eco-friendly materials, and sustainability.

Construction commenced in Q2/2025, with basement works currently underway, and handover is expected in Q2 2028.
