The HH1 & HH2 Mixed-Use Residential and Commercial Towers are part of the Hoang Huy New City Project located in Thuy Nguyen Ward, Hai Phong City. The project is developed by Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company.

The development comprises two 33-story towers with three basement levels, forming part of the master plan that includes four towers in total (HH1, HH2, HH3, and HH4).

Construction of HH1 and HH2 officially commenced on October 13, 2025, with the expected completion date yet to be announced.
