The Ho Chi Minh City Women’s Cultural House – Facility No. 1 is located at 188–192–194 Ly Chinh Thang Street, Nhieu Loc Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is invested by the Management Board of Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Projects of Ho Chi Minh City, with a total investment of approximately VND 623 billion.

The project covers a land area of 3,000 m², with a 60% building density, consisting of 13 floors above ground and 3 basements, and a total floor area of about 28,888 m². It is designed as a multi-functional complex, including an auditorium and meeting rooms, multipurpose classrooms, training and practice rooms, a library, clubs, an administrative block, and auxiliary facilities.

Construction officially commenced on October 3, 2025, and the project is expected to become operational in 2027.
