The KCN An Phat Project, located within the An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park in Hai Phong City, is developed by KCN Vietnam.

The project covers an area of 8.9 hectares and is expected to provide over 60,000 m² of high-quality ready-built factories and warehouses. These facilities will range from 1,000 m²—suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)—to larger spaces designed for multinational manufacturers. Notably, this is the first project by KCN Vietnam to introduce the two-story factory model.

Construction officially commenced on October 2, 2025, and the project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026.
