The Compass II Factory Project is located in VSIP I Industrial Park, Binh Hòa Ward, Thuận An City, Bình Dương Province, and is developed by Compass II Co., Ltd. (Stanley Black & Decker).

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 15,000 m². Compass II marks an important milestone in the development journey of Stanley Black & Decker, demonstrating the company’s long-term investment commitment and its support for the growth of the mechanical manufacturing industry in the region. The project has a total gross floor area of 27,200 m².

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on November 13, 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in early 2027.
