The Core5 Hai Phong Phase 2 Project is being developed at Deep C II Industrial Park, Hai Phong City, with Indochina Kajima (a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Corporation) and ITOCHU Corporation as the investors.

The project is designed and operated according to international LEED Silver standards, and is expected to provide over 80,000 square meters of ready-built factories for lease, with flexible unit sizes ranging from approximately 2,994 m² to 24,912 m².

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on November 4, 2025, and the project is scheduled to be operational in Q1 2027.
