Subzone A1 – Maia Resort Ho Tram Project is located in Phuoc Thuan Commune, Xuyen Moc District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province (now Ho Chi Minh City area), with Ho Tram Project Company Ltd as the investor.

Subzone A1 is developed on a land area of approximately 7 hectares, comprising two 32-storey hotel–apartment towers and 36 beachfront villas. The project aims to develop a high-end coastal resort and accommodation complex in Ho Tram, contributing to enhancing the area’s position as an international luxury tourism destination of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on October 21, 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in 2027.
