On August 2, 2025, the investor MIPEC officially broke ground on the project Commercial Service Center Combined with High-rise Residential Building (CT-C). The development comprises a 20-story building, including 3 podium floors and 17 tower floors, covering a total floor area of 29,922 m², and offering a wide range of on-site amenities.

The project is developed with a strategic vision to create a modern space that integrates living – working – entertainment, contributing to urban infrastructure development, improving quality of life, and meeting the increasing needs of residents in Nghe An Province and surrounding areas.

CTC Tower is the first to be launched, offering 250 apartments, with approximately 14–15 units per floor.

The Vinh Heritage project covers a total area of approximately 40.47 hectares, including around 8.4 hectares of green spaces and water surfaces. It is designed as the first multi-layered ecological urban model in Vinh.

The development includes:

• Low-rise zone: island villas, detached villas, semi-detached villas, townhouses, and shophouses (~482 units in total)
• High-rise zone: 2 residential towers, approximately 20 stories high (CTA & CTC), with integrated commercial and service areas on the lower floors.
