The Ecohome Hòa Hiệp Social Housing Project, located on land lots B4-1 and B4-2 within the Hòa Hiệp 4 Resettlement Area, will officially break ground on August 28. The project is developed by Capital House Investment and Trading JSC.

Covering a land area of approximately 42,700 m² with a construction density of 40%, the project will comprise residential blocks ranging from 18 to 20 above-ground floors, along with 1 basement and 1 technical floor, for a total floor area of 191,290 m². Upon completion, it is expected to deliver 1,564 apartments with a total investment capital of over VND 2,100 billion.

The project aims to increase the supply of social housing for workers, employees, and low-income households in Đà Nẵng, while also helping to ease housing pressure in the Hòa Khánh Industrial Zone and the Northwest urban area of the city.

The project is scheduled to be implemented within a four-year timeframe.
