The Eurowindow Central Avenue Project is located in Vinh Phu Ward and Vinh Loc Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province, and is developed by Eurowindow Nghi Phu Real Estate Construction Investment Company Limited.

The project covers a land area of 9.6 hectares, providing 30 semi-detached villas, 19 detached villas, and 270 shophouses. It commenced construction on November 15, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
