The Happy One Mori project (formerly known as Happy One Lái Thiêu), developed by Vạn Xuân Group, is located at 6-9 Lái Thiêu 14 Street, intersecting with Nguyễn Văn Tiết Street, Lái Thiêu Ward, Thuận An City, Bình Dương (now part of Ho Chi Minh City following administrative merger).

The overall concept of Happy One Mori showcases a modern high-rise apartment complex, inspired by the Japanese lifestyle philosophy “Mori” (meaning “green forest” in Japanese), emphasizing harmony between living spaces and nature.

The project features 2 towers, each 33 stories above ground and 2 basement levels, situated on a 10,802 m² site with a low building density of approximately 34.6%. It offers 1,441 diverse units to the market, including officetels, residential apartments, and commercial-service units.

Construction officially commenced on August 9, 2025, with completion and handover expected by late 2028.
