An Phú EcoCity is located on Trương Vĩnh Nguyên Street, Thường Thạnh Ward, Cái Răng District, Cần Thơ City. The project is developed by An Phú Cần Thơ Co., Ltd. with a total investment of approximately VND 1,500 billion.

The development covers a land area of about 10.2 hectares and is expected to deliver 970 units, including terraced houses and high-rise apartments.

On September 16, 2025, the developer held a groundbreaking ceremony for the high-rise residential building. This component of the project will be developed on a 2,238 m² site, with a scale of 15 above-ground floors and a total construction floor area of 17,800 m², providing 180 apartments. The project is scheduled for completion in Q1/2027.
