The International Educatown Project is located in Tay Mo and Xuan Phuong Wards (Nam Tu Liem District) and Van Canh Commune (Hoai Duc District), Hanoi. The project is developed by Thien Huong International Educatown Joint Stock Company with a total investment of VND 1,088 billion.

Covering a total area of approximately 31.6 hectares, the project is planned to include a comprehensive educational system from kindergarten to high school, dormitories, service and public areas, as well as synchronized infrastructure. It aims to meet the learning and living needs of thousands of students.

Construction officially commenced on October 3, 2025, and the project’s completion date has not yet been announced.
