The Phu Tho Racecourse Park Project – Youth Recreation Area is located in Phu Tho Ward, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested by the District 11 Construction Investment Project Management Unit with a total investment of approximately VND 100 billion.

The project covers a total area of 6.45 hectares, designed with the concept of a “diamond-shaped structure”, and is divided into multiple functional zones featuring key components such as a central square, a multi-purpose playground of over 5,000 m², an outdoor sports area for young people, and landscaped green spaces.

The project officially commenced on November 4, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2026.
