The Titan Factory and Warehouse Project is located in Đông Mai Industrial Park, Quảng Ninh Province. It is developed by Frasers Property Vietnam with a total investment of VND 660 billion (USD 26.4 million).

The project covers a land area of 8.3 hectares and is designed to international standards. It will feature ready-built factories and warehouses serving the electronics sector, high-tech manufacturing, and supporting industries. The development also includes modern industrial infrastructure built to international standards, with commitments to environmental responsibility and sustainable development.

Construction commenced on September 19, 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in Q2/2026.
