The Phase 2 – Banking Academy Campus Project is located in the Nam Cao University Area, Ha Nam Ward, Ninh Binh Province, and is invested in by the Banking Academy of Vietnam, with a total investment of VND 1 trillion (approximately USD 37 million).

The project is an integrated complex for university education, research, and student facilities, developed in line with the master plan of the centralized university zone. It is implemented on a land area of 21.36 hectares and includes functional buildings such as office buildings, lecture halls, library and IT center, auditorium, and multi-purpose buildings, with building heights ranging from 3 to 9 storeys and a total gross floor area of approximately 60,800 m².

The project broke ground on December 30, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
