The Thạnh Tân Social Housing Project (Happy Home Thạnh Tân) – Phase 2, Block 1A & 1B is located at Tan Long Quarter, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (now Ho Chi Minh City) and is developed by Thạnh Tân Construction Investment Co., Ltd with a total investment of approximately 1,500 billion VND.

The project is implemented on a land area of 8,300 m², with a scale of 2 building blocks (1A & 1B), 18 floors above ground and 2 basement floors, providing a total of 1,172 apartments (the current phase provides 600 apartments).

The project was groundbroken on November 30, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q4/2027.
