The Apartment and Commercial Service Complex Project is located in Ha Long Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, and is invested by Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 2,550 billion.

The project is developed on a land area of 12,343 square meters, with a scale of two 35-storey towers and two basement levels, providing around 979 serviced apartment units (excluding the number of commercial units).

The project is expected to break ground in early 2026 and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2028.
