The Apartment Complex Project at Lot TT1, located in the Cao Xanh – Ha Khanh A Urban Area, Cao Xanh Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, is invested by Tan Viet An Trading and Tourism Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 700 billion (about USD 26 million).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 3,578 m², featuring one residential tower with 25 above-ground floors, providing 570 apartments and a total gross floor area of around 45,000 m².

The project was officially commenced on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
