AVA Center is a mixed-use residential, commercial, and officetel project invested by Tyson An Phú Co., Ltd. The development is located on Thủ Khoa Huân Street, Thuận Giao Ward, Thuận An City, Bình Dương Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City).

The project is developed on a 7,343 m² land plot with a construction density of 30–35% and a total gross floor area of 75,046 m². It features:

• Block A: a 40-storey tower with 2 basements, providing 855 apartments
• Block B: a 6-storey building dedicated to commercial and service functions

The project officially broke ground on August 23, 2025 and is scheduled for completion in Q1/2027
