The CT-01 Social Housing Project is located in An Binh Tan Urban Area, Nam Nha Trang Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. The project is invested by Dong A Golden Square Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of VND 1,115 billion (approximately USD 41.3 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 10,372 m², with a construction density of 44%. It comprises two 15-storey residential blocks and one basement, providing 772 social housing apartments, with a total gross floor area of 77,972 m².

The project officially broke ground on January 12, 2026, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
