The Doan Ket Social Housing Project is located in Doan Ket Ward, Lai Chau City, Lai Chau Province, and is invested in by Lan Hung Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 905 billion (approximately USD 33.5 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 31,000 m², comprising three buildings with heights ranging from 15 to 20 above-ground floors, providing 960 social housing apartments with a total gross floor area of approximately 77,500 m², along with 40 low-rise townhouses (4–5 floors) and supporting utility facilities.

The project officially broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028.
