The Geihinkan Hai Phong Convention and Wedding Center project is located at Lot 30B, Cat Bi Airport – Nga 5 New Urban Area, Gia Vien Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City. The project is jointly developed by LV Group and N&V Bridge Group, in collaboration with Dears Brain Vietnam and JCM Japan as the investors.

Covering a land area of 5,517 square meters, the project promises to become a new highlight in the high-end service and tourism sector of Northern Vietnam. It also marks the beginning of the Geihinkan Vietnam chain. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on October 12, 2025, while the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
