The Hai Duong General Hospital Project is located at 225 Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Phong City, and is invested in by the West Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total investment of approximately VND 737 billion.

The project comprises three functional buildings, each 7 storeys high, including newly constructed facilities for emergency services, technical and para-clinical services; technical services, para-clinical services, and inpatient care; as well as outpatient services, administration, technical services, and inpatient emergency care. The project has a total gross floor area of 38,700 m².

The project broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q1 2027.
