The Hoa Lan Thuan Giao Apartment Project is located on Binh Duong Boulevard, Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province (now Ho Chi Minh City). The project is invested in by Tri Holdings Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, with DICERA Holdings Joint Stock Company acting as the project developer and EPC general contractor, with a total investment of approximately VND 1.88 trillion (around USD 71 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 6,138 m², comprising one 40-storey tower, and will provide 688 apartments.

The project broke ground on December 17, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q1 2029.
