The Housing Construction Project for the People’s Public Security Forces (PPS) is located at land plots HHO-31 and HHO-32, Nam Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, and is invested in by Vinh Thai Urban Development Joint Stock Company, a member of KVG Group, with a total investment of VND 2,592 billion.

The project is implemented on a land area of 5.58 hectares, comprising eight buildings with heights ranging from 12 to 15 above-ground floors, providing 1,570 apartments.

The project officially broke ground on December 25, 2025, and the expected completion timeline has not yet been announced.
