The HUD – Phu My Social Housing Project, located within the Phu My New Urban Area, in Cam Thanh Ward and An Phu Commune, Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province, is invested in by the Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation (HUD), with a total investment of VND 310 billion.

The project is developed on a land area of 15,500 m², comprising two 9-storey buildings, and will provide 300 social housing apartments for low-income residents, workers, laborers, and disadvantaged households, with a total gross floor area of approximately 29,000 m².

The project broke ground on December 16, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q4 2028.
