The Hung Phu II Social Housing Project is located at No. 58A, 2/4 Street, Bac Nha Trang Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. The project is developed by Nguyen Hanh Design – Consulting – Investment – Construction Company Limited as the Investor, with a total investment of VND 1,445 billion (approximately USD 53.5 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of 6,895 square meters, with a scale of one building comprising 30 above-ground floors and 1 basement level, providing 1,062 social housing apartments.

The project officially broke ground on January 9, 2026, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
