The Igarashi High-Tech Cold Storage and Dry Warehouse Complex, Phase 1 is located in Long Hau Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province. The project is invested by Igarashi Vietnam Co., Ltd., a member of Igarashi Reizo Co., Ltd. (Japan), with a total investment of VND 621 billion.

The project is planned on a land area of 36,600 square meters, with a storage capacity of approximately 21,000 pallets. It is oriented toward a high-tech cold logistics center model, integrating automation systems and advanced management solutions, thereby enhancing supply chain efficiency and Japanese-standard quality of goods preservation in Vietnam.

The project commenced on December 9, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
