The Lam Vien Social Housing Project (Famia Lam Vien) is located at Group 8, Nam Cuong Area, Cam Duong Ward, Lao Cai Province, and is invested in by VITC High-Tech Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of over VND 684 billion (approximately USD 25.3 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of 28,517 m², comprising three buildings with 9 above-ground floors, providing 594 social housing apartments with a total gross floor area of approximately 60,000 m².

The project officially broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
