On the morning of August 7, 2025, in Thới Hòa Ward, Bến Cát City, Bình Dương Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City following administrative merger), the developer, Bac Sai Gon International Joint Stock Company (SNI), officially broke ground on The Oasis Riverside eco-urban development along Ring Road No. 4.

The project covers a total land area of 25 hectares with a 20% construction density, delivering 1,200 units, including 236 commercial complexes, 990 townhouses and villas, and three condominium towers with over 3,000 apartments.

The development also features a riverside park stretching more than 1 km, swimming pools, a clubhouse, children’s playgrounds, and a variety of community-oriented amenities. Notably, its hybrid operating model combines compound (gated community) and semi-compound concepts, balancing privacy with commercial potential.

It is expected that certain components—such as infrastructure, internal roads, and landscaping—will be completed first, while residential areas and commercial complexes will be rolled out in phases over the following years.
